MID YEAR REVIEWS CONTENT

A mid-year review is an evaluation tool that a manager conducts one-on-one with employees. After employees’ self- assessment, during the review, the manager outlines the team members’ goals and determines whether they achieved those goals.  They also set new goals to help the employee learn new skills and advance their career.  It also helps a manager strengthen the relationship with their team members through actionable feedback.

To equip you with this valuable exercise, please find a Mid-Year Performance Review Form and related documents to be used as tool to conduct this exercise.

This is compulsory for those employees who have joined us before 1 January 2025. Please support and track performance of your staff from January 2025 until June 2025 by

  • maintaining performance records
  • providing feedback and coaching
  • providing development experiences and opportunities
  • reinforcing effective behaviors in relation with Dusit vision, mission, core values and Dusit Core Competencies.
  • carrying out a Mid-Year Performance Review
